As national operators transition their energy sources & processes from fossil fuels to renewables, the ever-increasing electricity demand is putting a significant strain on national power grids.
This proposal aims to provide a local, community-scale, alternative to the 'national grid' by decentralising energy production. This system would provide resilience against outages & blackouts while 'reconnecting' people with their energy, keeping them mindful of their own habits & usages.
